We discuss controlling time, teleportation, flying, awareness (we&#8217;ll come back to that later in the episode) and Butch&#8217;s idea to have mustard and ketchup fly out of his fingers, because why not?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Peers then dive in the topic of authenticity &#8211; inspired as a topic by Simon&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/posts\/leadtestinclude_leadership-authenticity-activity-7239277208219865088-xsx_?utm_source=share&amp;utm_medium=member_desktop\">post on LinkedIn<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What does being authentic at work mean to you?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Values, where I stand, hills that I will die on, credibility, ethics, boundaries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What does that look like in terms of safety at work? Boundaries? Respect?
